• Underage use: Using the platform if under 18 years of age

Content Standards

When sharing content through USA-Chat, keep these standards in mind:

• Avoid sharing graphic violence or disturbing imagery

• Refrain from self-harm content—reach out for help if you're struggling
• Keep conversations relevant to the context (avoid unrelated spam)

Enforcement Process

We take violations seriously and respond promptly:

1. Review: Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours
2. Action: Depending on severity, actions range from warnings to permanent bans
3. Appeal: Users may appeal decisions by contacting our support team
4. No retaliation: Retaliating against reporters is prohibited and will result in additional penalties
